Lily experienced many highs and lows in her training and still does to this day:
When she was younger she played lots of sports which gave her a slim, muscular physique.
Lily really wanted to be more feminine and curvier.
She trained so hard and followed strict diets.
There were so many different methods, but nothing worked and just made her frustrated!

Then Lily started to train with professional coaches and bodybuilders.
Over the years she learned numerous techniques which have helped her to get the physique she always wanted.
